My father has been diagnosed with stage 2 lung cancer and will be undergoing a new chemotherapy called Stereo-tactic Radiation, he was told it was a new procedure. I would like to know if anybody ever had it and what he is going to go through
I have a brother with cancer, and I wish nobody else in the future would have to go through what my brother and I are going through .But until there is a cure, other families will suffer like we have suffered. Is there any real hope for a cure?

Amputation and chemotherapy do not seem like the right thing to do for this old guy. Is there pain meds recommended?
i understand radiation, and that gamma rays are not stopped by our skin – they can only be stopped by something with a density similar to that of very thick lead, and that they mutate DNA somehow, but could someone explain how?
