One saying we all know is “no news is good news”. This really applies to us when it comes to contracting cancer. We all know someone who has had cancer and we know it’s a terrible disease and can be fatal. So naturally we want to do all we can to make our bodies as resistant to cancer as possible. Mind you there are two major factors involved in the struggle. The first is our environment and the second is our diet.

After surgery, is it normal to have high doses of Radiation for the head and Neck, if Cancer is on the tongue? Also, is 5 days a week, for 20 minutes each session of radiation for 7 weeks total a lot ? How many ppl get long term side effects, such as loss of Saliva glands or infections?
I have met a real nice lady at the cancer clinic who has just the week before has termanal cancer. They moved here 9 months ago. She really needs support.
Also info and herbal remedies for lung cancer would be helpful, really don’t want to go the traditional route. All info greatly appreciated. Linda
One of the best things about our health is that we can do so much to help ourselves. In most of these situations, such as eating fresh fruit and vegetables, there is little if any cost. By that I mean we need to buy food to survive so all we need do is buy the right type of food. And in this case we’re discussing red bell peppers. They came originally from South America and are members of the same family which includes potatoes, tomatoes and eggplant. Bell peppers come in a variety of colors including red, yellow and green. They are called bell peppers because they are in the shape of a bell.
