A question about cervical cancer vaccine?
Hello,
I had my 1st cervical cancer vaccine 23rd September 2009 at school
I had the 2nd cerivcal cancer vaccine 9th December 2009 at the clinic/doctors surgery
(I didn’t want to have it done at school again)
I was told by the nurse at clinic/doctors surgery that the last vaccine is due in May.
Today at school i was told the last vaccine was today, i was very confused because i was told it was in May from the nurse at the clinic/doctors surgery, so i decided i would have it done at school but because they couldn’t find my consent form so i never had it done so i just said i will have vaccine done at the clinic/doctors surgery and they said thats ok.
Do you think i should have my last vaccine done this week or wait till May?

Check with your doctors surgery but even if you wait until may it should still be ok
Phone your doctors and ask them what they would recommend and if they can clear up the confusion. They are the experts after all =) x
Dont worry about it it makes no difference when you have it they dont work anyway . There not going to stop you from getting cervical cancer.
