Are there any tests to screen for cervical, ovarian or uterine cancer?

Is the only test a pap smear? I always have abnormal papsmears, had a cryo procedure to freeze polyps 9 years ago, feel lots of pain and getting abnormal bleeding but don’t have insurance so don’t know if there’s anything other than a pap smear the (free) clinic does that could detect if I were to have cancer.

Pap smear screens for cervical cacner.

Ovarian and uterine cancer are generally detected after they become symptomatic. There is no easy, routine screening.

The only way I know of is a pap smear, there is nothing harmful about it and it takes less than a minute.
