Can a man survive lung cancer type 2 and cancerous tumors on his spine?

The chances I think are pretty slim. But it doesn’t mean there is no hope. Furthermore, I strongly believe that its not a death sentence. When my grandmother was diagnosed with cancer, we did what we could to give her the time of her life. We were always there and made sure to give time even though we were busy with our own lives.
