I've done it many times in my life and no, it doesn't happen. Besides, if you do wear a bra to bed, it doesn't help unsag your breasts, it just stays there. Bras are meant to be worn when you're sitting or standing, not sleeping. When you're sleeping your laying down which doesn't do anything to your breasts at all.
