basal cell carcinoma and u asking or help on yahoo answers !!

RUN !! go find a doctor .. this is a serious issue !! what do u mean small skin cancer … one small mole can cause death if it becomes malignant and metastisized !!

go seek medical attention there is many ways to dealing with it .. but they will let u know !! there is cryotherapy which works perfectly with no pain at all .. and there is ofcourse the physical removal of the thing .. i tried both and to be honest both work fine and are not painful at all … the one where they removed it i got a local injection and i was laying on my back .. after about 5 minutes i asked the surgeon so when are u actually gonna start .. and he said it already removed i looked behind me and there was blood everywhere .. (it was quite big (about 10mm) and didnt feel a thing ..

if it is small enough you can have it frozen off with liquid nitrogen
