can the radiation from my laptops battery give me breast cancer if my laptop is on my chest?

i lay down with the computer and its on my boobs.

    No it will not give you male breast cancer.

    John, if you have boobs, the EM radiation from your laptop/battery is the least of your problems.

    FWIW, I’ve been in the electronics industry for several decades and if exposure to electromagnetic radiation was dangerous, I, and many of my associates would be very sick by now.

    The kind of common radiation you should avoid are X-rays; keep those to a minimum, even dental X-rays.

    Who knows, maybe some of the cell-phone brain cancer concerns have more to do with exposure to dental X-rays – maybe people who own cell phones also pay more frequent visits to the dentist. Until that’s controlled out of the cell-phone studies, I’m not buying that EM fields are a cancer concern.
