September 13th 18 years ago ..

It was Friday, September 13th 18 years ago when my dad went to take the trash and never came back.
He wasn’t feeling well last several weeks, having stomach aches .. He lost a lot of weight rapidly.. We were getting ready to immigrate to United States. He didn’t want to share his thoughts and feeling with the people that loved his and cared about him – his family.
That day was the last day of his life, and he was only 55. Trapped emotions did a lot of damage.
He had a massive heart attack. The emergency car came 45 minutes after 911 call was placed .. It was Friday, the 13th.
Today is another September 13th.
Cancer is not the only one disease that took the people I loved the most

A Mystery of Cancer

I am in constant search of different cancer prevention diets as well as weight loss diets.
It’s time to finally adopt a life style that will help me to stay cancer free for life. I’ve heard a lot about raw food diet and cancer prevention, started doing some research.
A good friend of mine Cynthia Zaal, one of the co-founders of Stillness technology, suggested to look at Gerson Method for cancer prevention. I just purchased a book from their site that explains in great details the method, but based on my initial reading and information that was shared with me by Cynthia, I felt like it’s something that I would have to adjust someone to my busy life style and really give it a try. The main part of this method is juicing and raw food diet.
That’s how I came across a wonderful book by Natalia Rose “The raw food detox diet” where she explains in great details on how gradually switch to a very healthy way of eating, how to lose weight and keep it off ..
Here is a great article on how Natalia explains what cancer is about and what is the best way to prevent it.

Mater Cleanse and Cancer Prevention

It’s time to start taking better care of myself. Monday, May 26th I am going to start the Master Cleanse.
What is Master Cleanse?
It is a great practice to give your body’s systems a rest from time to time, allowing the organs to throw off inferior materials and alkalizing your body. The Master Cleanse (also called the Lemonade Cleanse) will do just that — usually comfortably and without the ups and downs of blood sugar variations.
