A family member of mine has this type of cancer. She has had it before. About 3 months ago she had surgery and now it’s back. This time it’s more aggressive than before. The Doctor says that chemo would only hurt her. Please, I need to know alternative treatments.

Please do not include diseases that are secondary to cancer. Also, please do not include diseases that are caused by exposure to the underlying radioactive substance (such as uranium and kidney disease). If possible, site your sources.

I had cancer when I was 4 so I don’t have a lot of worries. I ovalate and have regular periods but my husband was 16 when he had cancer. His doctor said he would probably be infertial but we don’t know. We have not been to the doctor yet for him. He is now 30 and I am 31. We both had chemo and radiation. Has anyone else out there concieved after these treatments?

I hear that chemotherapy may cause early death of people with cancer because it kills the good in bad cells.

Microscopic cells that technology could not "see" three years ago were found in 3 out of 34 lymph nodes after surgery removed the entire stage 1 tumor…I know it is directed by body weight ; but I can find no guidelines…
