What kind of "cancer scan?"
There are over 200 types of cancer.
Which one are you asking about?
There is no one "scan" which picks up all types of cancers.

For a primary bone cancer – sarcoma – a standard x-ray of the area in question should help – and that should be avaliable at some free clinics. If you are asking about a nuclear medicine bone scan for a posible malignancy metastatic to bones, that may not be available.
Primary bone malignancies are relatively rare. I saw very few of these in 20 years as a cancer specialist doctor.
If you were in the U.K. – you wouldn’t have to ask this question.
Doesn’t look like we will ever have health care for all people in the USA.
Our crazy, unbalanced system will continue as it is now.
well i have a clinic i go to they did my scans for free,But what cancer are you pointing at? if your from the uk you have nothing to worry about and yes im sure they do them for free.
No a free clinic would not do something like that… nor would you want them do.
They can give you a more basic can cancer check up. Such as screeing for possible symptoms, and blood tests. Although this isnt close to 100% sure, its better then nothing.
You really need to go cancer specialists if you want to be sure.
It really depends on the type of clinic.
Medical care in the UK is Free.
