There is a very good website Midget Technology that has done extensive and focus reporting on cancer and the application of NanoTechnology for its cure. Look to the front page lower section and the navigation bar to the left and look under NanoMedical. There are a lot of good leads to get you started on your paper. If you have any questions about your research you can email them for further help.
