Does which country you get treatment for Cancer make a difference?

Can more advanced countries and clinics like Mayo Clinic be more beneficial and give you better treatment than say a 2nd world country? Or are the "treatments the same wherever you go"?
What do you mean ‘untested’? Would that be safe even??

If your country resists "untested" treatments, you may have a better chance elsewhere.

The USA has strict rules about testing before allowing it, while others are more lenient.

Unless I was in last stage, I would stick to sanctified treatment. But if it was early on and there were promising test results, you bet your azz I’d find them.
