Have you ever heard of a doctor going through chemo. for cancer?
->
Just wondering, with SO MANY people lately being diagnosed with cancer and going through chemo….
BUT, I have not heard of any doctors going through with chemo.
Does anyone else find this concerning?

You have a valid point. Of the doctors I know of who have had a cancer diagnosis…none have opted for chemotherapy. In the health profession we often see that the treatment is far worse than the illness. Sometimes it’s better to go for quality of life rather than quantity
Well, I think they actually have a cure for cancer they just aren’t telling anyone because millions of dollars are spent "finding" a cure and that money would be lost if a cure was found. Anyway yes I do find it odd and I do believe they have a cure just are not telling us
yes there have been several dr.’s in my hometown that have went through chemo.
My own doctor went through Chemo for cancer… however, he passed away last year.
Doctors are people too. And mostly if they are ill they wont be there treating other people. They will be in hospital in bed. So you cant tell for certain that they are dodging chemo.
no
I know of many doctors and their family members who have struggled through chemo. There is a book called the anatomy of hope which is all about an oncologist and his experiances treating friends, family, and collegues, you should read it.
cancer rates always rise when new vaccines are developed.
and as far as doctors? yes, i have known a few on chemo and have heard of many others on chemo.
yes…i know 3 doctors who have cancer…two of them have prostate Ca and one has colon Ca. One of them is even the dean of the medical school where i came from.
