You have to wait a while. False teeth may be difficult for you now because the radiation kills your salivary glands, so u will have a lack of saliva which is needed to hold in the false teeth. It will be up to your physician and dentist to decide when the best time will be. Just make sure your teeth are kept extremely clean and cavity free.
