How long would a person with testicular cancer survive without any treatment?

I need to know for a future class in school.

There are several types of testicular cancer. The most common type is not aggressive and the survival rates are far higher than most cancers. Even in the last stage the 5 year survival rate it 70% so to refuse treatment makes little sense.
