I don't know what to do, my man was diagosed with lung cancer, had it removed. then they tell us he didn't?

We were told back in Nov. that my better half may have lung cancer. So he was put through alot of tests. And the oncologist, and a cancer Doctor. Both agreed that he had cancer in his lower right lobe. So they removed it on Monday the 9th of March. Then today March 13th, the doctor tells us that it was not cancerous. It was a fungus of the lung. I’m upset about this. They did run a whole slue of tests. And they did do 3 biopsy’s. One of them had to be sent to the male clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. And the report said it was cancer. So now who do we believe. The doctors even put a power port in so they wouldn’t have to go through his veins all the time, for his chemo., and to take blood.

If you couldn’t have trusted them they would not have told you they were wrong. Even the very best make mistakes. Count your blessings they could have been right.
Yes much better that in that situation that you err on the side of caution. My sister had pain and bleeding for an extended period of time they kept telling her it was nothing, even after an ultra sound told her it was just polyps, not a big deal. After she pushed that fact because she was in so much pain they went in to remove what they said was polyps….it was all cancer. Stage three white celled fast moving cancer….had already spread from her uterus to her ovaries. She is now after a hysterectomy and 6 months of Chemo and radiation cancer free, but had she not pushed for her own health she may not be here. Be thankful they erred on the possibility that it was cancer and found out that it wasn’t rather then assuming it wasn’t only to find out when it is to late that it was cancer.
