    I had leep.

You can certainly still have kids. You should just wait 6 months to 1 year.

You will get a pathology report from the doctor. It will tell you if the doctor got all the bad cells.

If all the bad cells were gotten, you will go back every 3 months for a pap smear for a while. Then you will go back every 6 months for a pap smear for a while. Then if all those tests are negative, you will go back to having pap smears once a year.

In a couple of years, this will all just be a memory.

Many women have to get leep. It is more common than most people think.

I had a Leep procedure done today myself. I did some research on the topic before my appointment. Most sites mentioned it wasnt painful but only mildly uncomfortable. That’s a damn lie! Those shot injections for the anesthesa – OMG i couldnt help from cursing obsenities. You would think after how many shots they gave me I wouldnt feel a thing while they started using the loop wire, but I still did feel some pain. Was your experience similar?
Im nervous too, they told me that theyd call me withthe results next week. About having children my doc told me, it puts you at risk for late miscarraige or early preterm labor.
