I have what appears to be scab looking sores and red bumps on my right breast, is this normal?
->
They almost look like freckles, like part of the areola breaking off. In the middle is one big red bump. It’s not painful, but with cancer running so high in my family you can never be too careful. I have no insurance and want to avoid a clinic if it turns out to be nothing.
No I am not pregnant, just had twins 6 months ago and did not breastfeed.

What you are describing doesn’t sound good. you must have a doctor see you immediately (particularly since you have such small children) . Call (800) 511-2300 to get information about a free breast exam and mammogram or call your local chapter of the American Cancer Society for free breast examination information.
For your sake and the sake of your family – don’t wait!
Good luck
Can I take a look?
Go to a doctor it might be nothing but you can never be too safe
No this is not normal, and you should go see a doctor soon about it. It could be inflammatory breast disease.

find a center where they help for free, or the health fairs, but I think you should go to the doctor. Are you pregnant?
my mom had what sounds like the same. she had skin cancer. it would be in early stages though if you did end up having it.. go to doctor asap
If insurance is an issue, I would suggest finding your closest Planned Parenthood and making an appointment. If they cannot help you on-site, they can send you to someone who can.
Good luck to you!
if you didn’t breast feed your children that is probably the reason your boob is in such condition, it can be basically be considered a type on infection that accumulated from the milk that was not given clogging up puss, it can be very dangerous so i highly suggest you see a doctor right away before you may regret it
This could be anything from scabies to eczema, you’d have to see a doctor, the "breaking off" could be from scratching. Take the hint, it could be serious, go to an ER if anything.
