They can suspend you from the clinic even IF you have no intention fo going back. It's on your record, and i can't see it being removed, since it sounds valid. You made threats and made comments about leaving verbally. Nothing in writing. So what proof do you have that the decision was yours and not theirs? They at least have something in writing. And FYI if you are grossly obese the abdominal inflation problem may have been due to your gross obesity. It is kind of hard to inflate a grossly obese patient. YOU goofed.
