Are you asking if cancer is contagious or able to be spread? If so,. the answer is NO, of course not.

I would think that your semen would have chemo drugs in it, which are toxic. When my mom was going through chemo we were told that if possible, she should use her own bathroom, and if she vomited we had to glove up to clean up the mess as it could be dangerous to us. So based on that, I would think that the poison they putin your body to kill the cancer, could potentially be in your urine, and possibly your sperm. But check with your oncologist.

Why would cancer cells be in anyone’s semen with or without chemo?

Well, I guess it is possible if you had cancer in the spermatic tube, but that would be removed during surgery.
I don’t know why it would matter.
