Is it possible to use purified water or salt acids to cure cancer?

As I heard, purified water can make body cells pop when injected to the body. Salt acids has an opposite effect which is to make body cells dehydrate and shrink when injected.
So my question is, can we use these effects of salt acids and purified water on cells against cancerous cells? Or even cure cancer with it?

No, purified water can not be used in a way to cure cancer similar to chemotherapy, because it can not be implemented into the human body with similar precision.

Yes, injecting such materials into the body will kill cells, and when injected at exactly the right spot it will kill some cancer cells, but unlike chemotherapy, it’s not possible to monitor the areas targeted very well, which would mean healthy internal organs could take heavy damage aswell.

So although both fluids can be used to wreak havoc upon ones’ body cells, to cure cancer there are a lot of better solutions.

If it were that simple, do you think researchers and doctors would have watched their own loved ones die of cancer?

No. Making cells hypotonic or hypertonic is not a selective process.
