Really though, cancer? That’s the best you can come with?
Try something more painful, like candiru. It’s a tiny parasitic fish from the amazon that enters the body through whatever orifices it finds (the urethra seems to be a favorite) and establishes residence by extending it’s spike-like fins to the wall of the tube. It’s a parasite, and begins sucking blood through a puncture in the wall of the urethra, growing in size from less than 1 cm up to 10-15 cm. It’s said that the pain from the pressure is excruciating, not to mention the concurrent pain from the blockage in the urinary tract, which is also damaging to the kidneys due to the backup of urine. Treatment in the most severe cases involves slicing open the urethra and surrounding tissue, which includes the genital organs, to remove the fish.
If you’re going to wish a horrible death on someone, cancer just seems too tame when your fantasies can include creatures like the candiru.

I think that its not, I have known great people who have died, and young people with that also.
Id rather a rapist get cancer or a murderer, But somehow there is other plans for us.
It really depends on the reason why you want them to die.
But yes, it is fairly worng. They may be idiots but just remember that they have family who love them. And if you got to know them, they may not seem like idiots.

fuck you cancer is a terrible thing to happen to anyone. people with cancer suffer so much, and even if you think the person with cancer deserves it because they are an idiot, do you think their family deserves to be put through the anguish and emotional stress of having a loved one always in the hospital, knowing eventually they are going to die a painful death? do u think they deserve to spend their life in waiting in hospitals to hear how their loved one is? thats fucking wrong!
