Call OU Medical Center. I know they have alot of Medicare/ Medicaid patients and may know how to direct you.
The diagnosed person may qualify for a clinical trial. You can google for the major hospitals there (or in other states if need be) and locate the ones conducting clinical trials to see if can be accepted into one. Also contact the cancer societies for clinical trial info that may be available.
