Is there any clinic that will do paps for free?
I haven’t done a papsmear for almost 3 years and the last time I did one the gyno said that the results didn’t look so good and that she couldn’t tell if I had cancer or just a small infection and that I should do a new one but I didn’t go back because I didn’t have enough money to pay for the visit and the pap. Since that time I have not been tested and I have been sleeping around with alot of guys with no protection and there has been occasions where a week later I end up with this horrible burning and itching feeling down there and this horrible back pains that soemtimes I can’t sit down for more that 5 minutes without wiggling around.I really want to get a papsmear but I just can’t afford to get one and I’m scared that by the time I do get one its going to be to late.
o.k First let me ask you if you live in the U.S? There are free clinics for women called Family Planning. What you are describing is serious. I’m not a doctor, but it sounds like you have Pelvic Inflammatory Disease caused by and untreated S.T.D. Please use your phone book as a reference and please get medical attention. If left untreated, you may have to get surgery and will most likely be infertile (unable to have children). Do you work? You may be eligible for Medicaid Insurance from your local Public Assistance office. Or you could go to the emergency room, you don’t have to pay up front and this IS an emergency. Their are always community clinics. Just get up in the morning and call around.

THEN THEY WILL BILL YOU AND SET YOU UP WITH A FINANCIAL ADVISER TO COMPLETE THE FREE CARE SO YOU WONT HAVE TO PAY A THING
BUT THE GOOD THING ABOUT HOSPITAL BILLS IS THAT YOU CAN PAY WHEN YOU HAVE THE MONEY OR SET A PAYMENT THAT IS VERY SUITABLE FOR YOU

THEIR ARE TEEN CLINICS SO CHECK AROUND YOUR WAY TO SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR YOU

Your county’s Department of Public Health will have information on where to get a no cost/low cost Pap and even mammograms. They can also test you for STDs (sorry, but some of your symptoms sound suspecious for this). Planned Parenthood centers also do Paps on a sliding pay scale according to income.
