Is there any relief or treatment for cancer treating radiation caused burns? (please read details)?

My aunt has had breast cancer for years. It went away for a bit, but has come back. She is taking radiation and has developed a hole in her chest that burns, which is where they put the radiation. She says that there is no relief? Is there anything that she could use to help with the burning? Please help, it’s very important to me, and everything helps. Thanks.
