Prognosis seems good as it was caught early , but finished treatment 6 days ago and although coming along still feel like crap
When can I expect to feel normal again

Give yourself a chance! You just underwent a huge shock & trauma to your body… The treatment @ times can be worse than the illness…. Turn your expectations into gratitude & thanksgiving….& rest…take each day as it comes…praying that each will be better than the previous…. & rest! Even God rested after He created the world! By the way… I’ve been there……& now I’m here to help you along the way….one day @ a time…
It will happen. I promise. Do you do the mega vitamens? Have you spoken to your doctor for mnatural ways to feel better as you collect yourself and recover? G Luck. SOunds like you are on the road to health and this will all be behind you one day THANKG GOD
Most people experience a return to normal activity levels and wellness in roughly 6 months, however some take as long as 12 months to feel ‘normal’ again. Your body has been through a stressful time. Take it easy and let your body heal. Follow your doctors advice and do not take medications (over the counter or otherwise, this includes ‘mega vitamins’) without their knowledge. Take up some relaxing and restoring activities such as yoga or casual walking.
Feeling normal will come with time, and with the amount of effort you put into getting back to normal. You can focus on your physical health, getting back into the normal grind and that will help you. Mentally its tasking as well, so you should take some time to make sure you are feeling mentally heathy with all that has happened. GL
