my brother has jaw and throat cancer if chemo and radiation treatment doesnt work what is his prognosis?
hes been having treating for 4 months now and waiting to see if he can have surgery. What is his llive expectancy if it doesnt work
I’m sorry but there is no such thing as throat and jaw cancer.
Do you mean he has cancer of the tonsil, salivary gland, larynx, etc., etc. that spread to the bone of the jaw? It is far better to state the kind of cancer he has and the stage if you want meaningful answers.
However, without surgery there is no cure. Well, unless you mean he has lymphoma. Please be more specific.
His prognosis is a painful death. Impossible to know how long this will take, too many variables to consider such as other health issues, age, stage of cancer etc.
