my friend has ovarion cancer, and her body rejects chemo. shes in stage 3 what other ways can they use besides chemo? please.

    This is something that should be discussed with her oncologist not strangers on the internet.
    Patients who cannot tolerate chemo are usually given a single alkylaying oral therapy as a second line measure, but I have no idea if this applies to her or not since I know nothing about her case.

    Usually there are several different chemo drugs for each type cancer. If one chemo drug doesn’t work the oncologist may try a different chemo. But from here we have no idea what she had and why it didn’t work and what the oncologist thinks is the best approach to try next. You won’t get the answer on the internet, but maybe your friend will let you go to the next doctor visit with her.
