My grandma got diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and i want to get an angel and somehow tie in that she is what holds my whole family together and the purple ribbon for awarness but my idea for the family part was putting the world in her hands? any better ideas? please help!

sounds like a job for miami ink
Sounds perfect whatever it is you decide will be an honor no matter what it is.Its just the thought behind it.
Awww bless..
I hd the word Angel on my wrist in old style writing in memory of my grandad.
That’s a very beautiful idea. what size do you plan on getting this. depending on size instead of holding the world cause little details are a pain in tattoos what do you think about having the sun, moon, & stars around her…. your universe revolves around her
I hate to sound insensitive, but the fact is, this looks like one of the stages of mourning. In a few months or years, you won’t feel this compulsion to do something to deal with your grief. The tatoo is permanent, and you won’t appreciate it a few years from now.
Instead, why don’t you find some organizations that raise money and awareness about pancreatic cancer or cancer in general? You could do things from simply donating to actually forming a local chapter and recruiting participants and organizing events.
sorry to hear about your grandma. my prayers are with you both. i think the tattoo idea is great. when you get a chance check out the site lustgarten.org they are a wonderful organization that focus just on pancreatic cancer. i recently did a walk in paramus and raised some money, it really gets you involved and makes you feel like your making a difference. good luck to you and your grandma
