Private Cancer Clinics around the world & Clinical Trial?

It appears you are asking about two different things. Anything that is still in a clinical trial is not approved by the FDA and you can do this here. There is no way I would leave the country for a clinical trial.

If you are asking about treatment in other countries not approved by the FDA and therefore not available here; your oncologist should know if and where there is anything promising for your disease and stage. You should know it is not the norm for wealthy people or celebrities to go to other countries for treatment. I work at various hospitals in Los Angeles County and have worked many a celebrity case so I know how unusual it is and of those that do, they do so in conjunction with their oncologist here.
