sperm count after testicular cancer chemo and one testicle removed?
I am getting a tubal reversal and my fiance is post cancer after chemo and one testicle gone. I heard many men have good sperm count 5 years after chemo you have experience of this? and do you think the odds of us having a baby are good?
Yes. My friend had cancer and underwent many years of chemo therapy treatment (on and off). After about 6-7 years of being cancer free he and his fiance were able to conceive and they have a healthy baby boy who just turned 3.
