Have you ever had a friend say something encouraging or supportive
to you, when you were having a hard time, and it really made a
difference?  Or, you listen to a piece of music, and it has such
deep meaning to you that you get chills?  Perhaps, you’ve been with
friends laughing or celebrating, and you feel a heart warming glow
within.

Those are priceless moments.  More valuable than jewels–because you
have experienced that soul touch on a deep level.

The quality of your life gets expanded from each of those
experiences.  I’m going to put a challenge out in front of you.
You might not want to take it on.  But, I guarantee that if you do,
you will be glad you did.

Here’s your challenge–as you move through your day–PAY ATTENTION!!!
At work, home, church, with kids, friends, golfing, working on
your car, cooking dinner–pay attention.  What I mean, is that
within your day’s “moments”, you can catch–and rest briefly
within–those “glow” moments.

Really “hear” the kind words of others–pause and reflect on them
for 4-5 seconds–and let them actually touch you.  If you do
something with excellence, or to the best of your ability–rest in
the “glow” a few seconds.  If there is someone you like or are
connected to positively–sense the positive connection and the inner
warmth a moment.

When you live your life consciously, you experience it more richly.
Give yourself moments that can uplift you, and do what you can for
others who are important to you, so they can have those moments
too.
