What diseases, other than radiation poisoning and cancer, are directly caused by radiation?

Please do not include diseases that are secondary to cancer. Also, please do not include diseases that are caused by exposure to the underlying radioactive substance (such as uranium and kidney disease). If possible, site your sources.
