What kind of jobs increase a person risk of getting cancer because of radiation exposure?

    Probably not the ones you would think. Jobs that involve regularly working around radiation (X-ray tech, Nuclear Power Station jobs, CATSCAN service engineer) are performed using all sorts of safety procedures designed to protect you from harmful levels of radiation; the greatest risk jobs are those where you are subject to random or "unexpected" radiation, for instance construction work in the summer often leads to elevated incidence of skin cancer…
