Why do Americans have the highest survival rates for cancer in the world?

For people treated for cancer, Americans are more likely to suvrive than any other people, regardless of demographics, rich or poor, white or black.
I hope you know that survival rates are only based on a five year time span?
Americans definitely have the best emergency and trauma care anywhere.!.
But long term survival depends entirely on major lifestyle changes – which Americans are not willing to do. Americans would rather die than diet!!!
