and the UK has one of the lowest?

The reason why is because America has the best medical care in the world. Rich Europeans come to the USA for aid. American medical companies invent most medical machines.
America also leads in terms of early detection. Detection of cancer in its early stages is one of the ways that can increase the survival rates of this disease.
