		<description>5FU (fluorouracil), either IV or oral (as Xeloda or capecitabine) can be used concurrently with radiation.  Gemcitabine (Gemzar) has been used as well in various doses, though toxicities can be considerably more difficult to predict, as that drug is a more potent radiosensitizing agent.  It is generally done on a clinical trial.
